Business 
Horace Pratt was born in Chicago, IL. He was raised in the city of Mound Bayou as a teenager. He is a member of IMG Gulf Coast  team, with responsibility for directing the company's southeastern operation efforts. Horace plays an integral role in shaping and communicating the company's business strategy.  
Horace oversees IMG Gulf Coast  business operation for the Gulf Coast area and Japan, internal and external communications, events and philanthropy. Horace also supervises the interaction and coordination of the operations functions of IMG Gulf Coast  web,  Japanese translating department and business operation. 
Since joining the company IMG has developed and implemented communication strategies for major company and industry-wide endeavors, including the launching of new website and independent label developing division.

Horace is Veteran of the U.S. Navy and a decorated war veteran of Operation Desert Storm. Horace's command Deep Submergence Unit received a Letter of Appreciation from President George Bush Sr. for their effort in a special operation.  Horace has been stationed in San Diego for a year and Yokosuka, Japan for six years, and traveled all over the world to countries like China, Philippines,  Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Japan, Korea and Saudi Arabia.  

Mr. Pratt brings fifteen years of years experience toIMG Gulf Coast with ten years directly  related to promotion, marketing and business development in the music industry.  Prior to joining IMG Gulf Coast, Mr. Pratt served as the Director of Operation for Military Veterans Association, Inc. and currently is the CEO of United Five Star, LLC. Horace currently resides in Biloxi, MS and works throughout  the Gulf Coast where consults independents label and artists on business ethics and operation. He also promote upcoming artists, concerts and special events throughout the southern region of the United States.

Professional Experience 
VIDEO TELECONFERENCING: BRIDGE/VSX SERIES/ NETWORKING TECHNOLOGY 
 As an Manager for the Video Teleconferencing and bridge operation I‘ve have knowledge of networks (H.320 & H.323).
 On daily basis I  schedule and connect multipoint calls using various types of video conferencing equipment such as the MGC-50 Bridge,VSX7000, VSX3000, VSX300a VSX7000e, and VOIP.
 Operate MGC Manager application which is designed to set up and monitor multipoint video conferences, uses internet web program and pc interface for operation  and to perform system configuration activities for the MGC Multipoint Control Units (MCUs) to which it connects.  
 Our MGC Manager application is designed to set up and monitor multipoint video conferences, and to perform system configuration activities for the MGC Multipoint Control Units (MCUs) to which it connects. 
 Assigned the network service of every video conference unit to the appropriate network module installed in the MCU.
 As, the MGC Administrator I have programmed the modules (cards), viewed and configured these modules and their units.
 There are over 20 units which I provide maintenance, upgrades, training, programming and technical support for.
 I maintain our conference room is equipped with a projector and electrical screen , five monitors, four wireless microphone, pc station, rear camera, VCR, amplifier, podium with microphone, VSX sound station with two external microphone VSX 7000, and four external speakers( seating capacity 60 peoples).
 I coordinated over 475 bridged multipoint video  teleconference in 2008 through our MGC 50 bridge. This year I've connected 807 video conference. 2008-09 there was a 73% increase in usage over last year. 
 I along with other Video Teleconference operators in 2009 have saved the United States government over $18 Million, which was announced on live TV by President Obama.
 I maintain the Bridge and Videoconferencing database which I designed using Microsoft access 2007. Our database contains information on maintenance, V-Tel point of contacts, Quick dial info, web monitoring links, schedule, V-Tel license and product info, Network and setup settings for each unit.
